AN OUTSTANDING CAREER PATH: FROM V.I.E. TO THE BOARD OR DIRECTORS
Cédric Fernandez joined JA Delmas in 1999 as part of a V.I.E. program in Burkina Faso. Specialized in both project management and trade (graduate in Engineering and Industrial Business), he spent 4 years in Mali to deepen his field knowledge and learn all about products, customers and their expectations. Confident that one can grow and develop new skills within the JA Delmas network, Cedric was rapidly appointed Head of the Energy & Transportation Business Unit, and became a member of the Board of Directors in 2012.

THE JA DELMAS GRADUATE PROGRAM
Since 2009, our Graduate Program is available to our future engineers. From 8 to 12 months, we offer you a remunerated training, destined to train you as future privileged interlocutor of our clients of West Africa.
Thanks to the skills acquired during this course, you will be able to present our products and services, follow-up and optimize the after-sales service, through technical and generalist theoretical courses, complemented by Missions in our network in West Africa.
As our Graduate Program is a success, it has been extended to our entire network, with the aim of recruiting future managers in the following seven areas:
- Technical engineering
- Logistics
- Commercial
- After sales service
- Audit
- Human Resources
- Computing
Graduate Finance 2014 team.
Most of the team now has an executive position
in the JA Delmas network.
